Scope and Listings
Care Select UK is a business directory. Listings are aggregated from public sources and provided 'as is'. We provide no warranty regarding accuracy or completeness and have no affiliation with or endorsement of listed businesses. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

AI Transparency
We use AI systems for recommendations and interaction. You will be clearly notified when interacting with a chatbot. AI-generated content (text, images) is clearly labeled as artificial. Users are responsible for the accuracy of any AI-generated content they submit to our platform.

Liability and Support
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for non-excludable statutory liability. Telephone customer support is provided at no additional cost beyond your standard carrier rates.

Withdrawal
For distance contracts, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Use the dedicated 'Withdrawal' button on our website to initiate the electronic cancellation process. This page is strictly limited to the cancellation request, free of marketing or distracting offers. Upon submission, you will receive an immediate, durable confirmation of receipt.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Requests for correction or removal of listings must be sent to mail@press-sensation.de.
